Where in the world was Donna Bordeaux?

Well, I am back to the exciting Lake Wylie world headquarters after a whirlwind trip.  We have returned from the Spring marketing conference for the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants, or PASBA for short, in Boca Raton, FL.  The PASBA group is a model for all accounting firms who work small businesses.  Their motto is “Teach, Share, Learn” and they live and breathe it.  Our firm joined PASBA just over a year ago and it has given us a very keen sense of direction for our practice.  We have learned and implemented systems and processes for making sure that we can provide the most value to our small business customers.

Our goal has always been to help others grow their businesses to their highest potential, but without a set of processes and procedures for doing it, sometimes the process does not live up to its highest potential.  I have always told my clients that one of the best things they can do is to setup a procedures manual that defines their current operating process.  If something happens to the owner, their business can continue if someone else has the “instruction manual.”  We now have this set of systems in place in our accounting firm too.

If you are interested in looking at the process of growing your business to its fullest potential, please let me know and we can help get you on the right path.
